Unable to join tournaments: “You are joining too many tournaments”

Hello,

My username is Dmitrii_Pro_18. When I try to join the “ПК Arena” tournament, I get the message: “You are joining too many tournaments.”

I checked the “Upcoming” section in my profile, and it is empty. I also checked several tournaments that are currently running and confirmed that I am not registered for them.

I expected to be able to join the tournament. Could you please explain why this message appears and what I should do?
