I think what happened here was my brain stopped working. I should’ve captured the knight, but at the time I was not able to calculate anything. I’m sorry

In those kinda situations, it's probably better to resign before the clock runs out ;p

And @Smoky_burnout, it's just an automated warning from the system. If you didn't let the clock run out on purpose, it's fine and you don't have to do anything.
