When I open the game history of a BOT account and search games by human opponents, other BOT accounts are counted as human! Why is that? Why aren’t they counted as “computer”, or their own BOT category? Is there a way around this?

That's interesting. I believe that the Lichess System only classifires Fairy Stockfish (the computer you can play against on the front page) as a computer. Because BOT accounts are run by robots, they should be in the computer section, or at least add a "BOT" section in the advanced search.

It seems computer is reserved for 'play computer' lichess Stockfish levels.
I agree search could do better with more fine grained options.
I would also like to see a bot filter option added
Also an option to exclude "From Position" games
