All are stale but some are more stale...
Probably an ancient coding/importing glitch or rigged sources, for example I found this game in the Megabase with the result "0-1" - cannot reproduce because lichess import works well.

There are also 7 games in the Lichess database where illegal castling occured, but this in 2013 I think and before. It's been patched since, so I wouldn't be surprised if, like others have said, this is a small archaic glitch.
