Lichess recently just moved the report and quote button on forums all the way to the right. Honestly, it is the most pointless, annoying update nobody asked for. Lichess will spend time and energy redesigning a forum layout that everyone already loved, moving the quote and report buttons for absolutely no reason, but they won't fix the issues players actually complain about every single day. Please change it back to normal Lichess.

The problem is only visible in mobile or tablet. The feature looks beautiful in pc/ laptop.

There is more than one person coding lichess, and they can work on more than one thing at a time. someone tweaking for forum layout does not mean work in other areas has stopped.

But that UI get worse we see every week. Has Lichess solved it problems with lags, disconnections etc?

Yah. If it is good for you, no reason to worry about other platform users.
I think this is more of a problem the "edited x hours ago" text changes the Layout around.
