This is too funny. On Duyabailey's website we get ads, trackers and have to pay to get rid of ads. I'm glad that lichess exitsts in this freaking data-obsessed world. Who cares about all these labels, names and politics? We are playing chess geez. I see no value in what his website offers. He only fabricates drama in order to promote his website. Where do you fall on that spectrum Mr. Whatif Doyoubailey? I don't trust people like you, who have to resort to such measures. Why should I give my data to you?
Well, I've never gotten the feeling that Lichess was communist.
If it were, I would have been chat banned long ago, I think, since I am rather clearly NOT a communist and not remotely sympathetic to communism. I am, after all, rather extensively experienced and well educated, and have excellent hair.
Many of the stylishly hated, supposed "oligarchs" (oh no! oh no!) have given away VAST amounts of money -- indeed billions -- to fund things they find worthy.
Does engaging in charity or abandoning some monetary opportunity make someone communist? No, I don't think so. I don't think Gates or Musks are communists, although that is simply my opinion and I do not purport to speak for them.
But my opinion DOES have the ring of common sense, does it not? As it sometimes does! (People may argue about the frequency of that, and I won't be offended).
