As a person who goes through a lot of emotional abuse because I skipped grades, just know I know how you feel. Don't acknowledge the people who that out or make fun of you for that.

thats not a good idea , i also drank a gallon of milk as a young teenager for some time because i saw a youtube video that said it makes you taller ( which is very stupid ) , i got skin problems from it , also its 180 g of sugar

it works though. do research, thats the best way to decide and while researching , ask if anything should be taken woth milk to make absorption a lot better like vitamin k which is food like spinach

milk has no growth hormones or something similar , the proteins in it support your growth but just within your genetical potential

I'm 12 years old and one of the shortest kids in my class. But nobody really makes fun of my height. Since I'm naturally skinny (it's genetic), I got the nickname 'Skinny Monkey.' Whenever they call me that, I either just ignore them, or I hit back with: 'So what? Monkeys are cute, aren't they? Yeah, I'm Skinny Monkey, and you're the fattest one here, you pig. Now shut your mouth!'

Trust me man, just tell them self-joke then and then when they see it does not bother u, they will stop
