One mom did even worse, she confronted Donald SS Jenniffer's ICE thugs Agents who received a license to kill.
Alicia Vial Beesley (I think she's the mom of 4 kids) is an attorney who was confronting ICE agents in a parking lot. She asks why they are knocking on doors and attempting to detain her clients. She asks for a warrant.
The agents get defensive. They say they do not need one.
Here are the facts. ICE agents often carry administrative warrants signed by ICE supervisors. Those are not judicial warrants. They are not signed by a judge.
Administrative warrants do not allow ICE to enter a home without consent. This is confirmed by the ACLU and supported by federal court rulings.
The attorney is correct to challenge them. Without a judicial warrant signed by a judge ICE cannot force entry into a home. People have the right to remain silent. People have the right to refuse entry and not open the door. Agents can mislead and intimidate. They rely on fear and confusion to gain compliance.
Learn your rights. Share this with people who need to hear it. Awareness is the first line of defense.
