First you drink onion & banana juice
I'm not sure about the spiritual effects of this mix, but my stomach is sure about the physical effects of it !

Yes, I have meditated for a long, long time.
I don't believe it's incompatible with my Christianity -- at least how I meditate.
And being a lifelong learner seems a delightful obligation that we should enable by taking care of ourselves as we age. Moderation is something to which one can become accustomed, even though contemplating the vanished, free-wheeling days of youth provokes a bit of nostalgia.

Then, who is?
Who said there are any? A guru is a self proclaimed title, and its most likely a scam.
There is probably no one singular person that can have enough wisdom that fits your life. What you have to do is to gather what you think is useful from whoever you think said it. If it entirely works for you, use it as is. If it almost, well, modify it yourself.
Rinse and repeat for other things.
Scientists? Elon musk?
You can indeed learn science from them. Might learn some other things from them, might not, but the science is enough.
Elon musk? You dont have to go that high. You can even learn from me. We, the bad examples are also a good source on how not to do things.

The solution is really simple. Study. Problems in life may make it complicated, but as long as everyone is healthy and alive, all is fine. Relationships are either fixeable or not. If you cant fix then, let them go, you cant fix them anyways, move forwards towards your immediate goal, which is rising your grades.
If its fixeable, it can wait. Focus on your immediate goal too.
Overthinking wastes time and energy. And you have time, even if it looks like you dont. When you have kids, you will know that you wasted it, as you will really have no time.
I dont know what you meant with the rest of it.
