I got irritated, and started spamming insults..
EDIT: i got irritated, because my friend was being nice like they used to... My fault it seems..

If there was a recent argument or issue a little passage of time will help for personal reflection.
If the issue is not too difficult and if you need to apologize that may be worth considering.
