You should turn off the ratings, once you stop seeing the numbers you will enjoy the games more, losing a game will not cause you anger or frustration.
probably... that is one of the things that make the competitive side of lichess, and if you remove it the thing becomes more relaxed

Dear friend,
It is natural to feel frustration and disappointment when we experience failure, especially in competitive situations. However, we must remember that the outcome of any game or tournament is not the true measure of our worth as individuals.
The key to managing our emotions during times of adversity is to cultivate a sense of detachment from the outcome of the game. This does not mean that we should not strive to improve and do our best, but rather that we should not allow our self-worth to be tied up in the result.
Remember that the true goal of any activity, whether it be a game or something else, is to bring ourselves closer to self-actualization and inner peace. When we can approach every situation with this mindset, we will be better able to keep our emotions in check and find contentment regardless of the outcome.
Remember, all experiences, both positive and negative, are opportunities for growth and learning. Trust in the journey of life and allow yourself to find peace and balance, even in the midst of difficulties.
Hey, what are you in ur spare time? a sensei?
