One of the all-time greats indeed. If there's one book that defines "masterpiece" it's that one.
One criminally underrated and overlooked classic is Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu's "Uncle Silas", a definite must read.
Villiers de L'Isle-Adam's "The Future Eve" may be controversially called the classic of misogyny. It's also one of the greatest novels of all time, way up there in the Top 10.
