If you have a team, can you tell me how it grew?

Well imo, for a normal team to grow without the owner being famous, create a team that actually exists for a reason. Maybe a friend club, or a team for someones irl chess-club, a coaching-team (like mine for example), but not just a team for ''in this team you can play chess and chat. end''

I wish it ́d be like that but it isn ́t... You can simply create hourly swisses and spam them completely, this is how you gain members fast, even tho it ́s sad, it ́s the truth. I still hope for people to follow your advice. If you doubt me, DM me and I ́ll give you examples.

I have a team with 100 members, although our goal was 1000 members in a year, haha. I must say it's very difficult to get people; I don't know how they manage to get more than 160 in such a short time 0_O
