I'm glad that since becoming active in choirs in 2025, I have IRL besties who are much closer than any virtual bestie could ever be.

One of them is also a good chess player though.

IRL besties are closer because they auto know more things.
Like they natrually get to know more information about you that any online one could.
They auto know things that a online bestie would have to pry to get.
But I do like Lichess besties because it's a online group when you can't see your besties, are lazy, or just wanna chat to someone!
Like you can be this person in person than username online and you get to talk to the world! :)

IRL besties are closer because they auto know more things. Like they natrually get to know more information about you that any online one could. They auto know things that a online bestie would have to pry to get. But I do like Lichess besties because it's a online group when you can't see your besties, are lazy, or just wanna chat to someone! Like you can be this person in person than username online and you get to talk to the world! :)
