Anybody watching footie today?
City vs. Liverpool graces my screen. Oh, it's good to be alive.
Nil - nil at the half isn't too disappointing, since we all know City is strong as, uh, fudge.
But let's hope Liverpool pulls it out.
EDIT: Oh, no. No no no no no no.
Unfortunately, the game has moved beyond the half and the wind has shifted. I cannot bear to describe what I am seeing.
Edit: And it has ended. Gloom covers the deserving. I will not say the score, because I can't bring myself to do so.
But wonderful, deserving Liverpool has a Premier League defeat this season. Which is never to be celebrated.
I still admire Haaland,of course. But I wish he played in crimson instead of that ... that ... baby blue.
It occurs to me: are we seeing an historically strong club now? Manchester City looks unstoppable on the pitch. Is there a club better anywhere in the world?
