Story behind your username.

I was born without flaps.

They waited a bit, hoping that I might grow some.

But the wait was in vain. No buds appeared. Flaps were not to be.

My parents, bless them, took me to the flaps store. But when we saw the price of even the least expensive flaps available, my father had to turn to me and say: "son, it looks like you're going to have to get out in the world, work hard, and perhaps, some day, save up enough for a good pair of flaps."

From that day forward, I keep looking skyward, always trying to catch a glimpse of wonderful flaps. I've become a flaps-spotter. Sometimes one can see them on final approach, or sometimes one can see them leaving shorter fields. And sometimes one can see them because, under the circumstances, they simply are then the right thing to deploy.

Some flaps are really big, and some less so. But to own one's own set of flaps is a glorious, if not crowning, achievement.

@Noflaps Have you tried standing up, extending both arms straight out to the side and then moving them up and down together?

Changing the rate of flap will increase the lift generated.

I got to know about lichess through school during covid and our teachers wanted us to put our names as our usernames. Idk why the 23 is there but it is.
I was so dumb man , I could've made a hundred more cooler usernames but ig I was supposed to follow the teachers.I realised that I could've made my own choice of username when one of my friends did. TT.
I don't wanna close the account so the username sticks
