OK, my whole life I have sucked at most sports. Can't throw or kick a ball straight, can't throw a punch, can't hit the hoop with a basketball, most times I can barely hit the dartboard. At company picnics I would sit out the softball game out of fear of embarrassment. My handwriting is awful, I have zero artistic skills. I just figured I was clumsy, and didn't give it much thought. It took me until I was in my 50s, over a game of pool, to discover that I am ambidextrous. I have the vision of a lefty, but my strength and control is in my right. So I basically have no hand-eye coordination. Had my share of eye tests, it was never picked up.
So after what must be a thousand games of pool over several decades, mostly with strangers, someone finally says "Oh, you are left-handed" I say no, I'm right handed" He says "you are playing pool left-handed". "What?! I am? It all became clear after that.
