Exactly what I am doing right now btw I meant 4 hours straight not all my hours today, I grinded for 9 hours today.

I guess I'm a true dinosaur. I haven't spent a *HUGE* amount of time on video games. I don't play any of the newer stuff; Mostly older retro stuff.
The games that I've spent the most time on in the past are:
Bricks (Klocki clone)
Commander Keen series
Duke Nukem I and II
Paganitzu
Repton (a Boulder Dash variant)
ZZT
And a handful of text adventures (interactive fiction)
However, I'm starting to get concerned; I've recently started going down the retro roguelike rabbit hole. I've started investigating roguelikes such as Rogue, Angband, Hack, NetHack, Moria, and even Dwarf Fortress. So far, I haven't actually spent much time playing the games, but I think it could easily spiral out of control if I'm not careful.
I've spent maybe 70 hours playing video games over the course of my entire life so far – and that's including bullet chess. Mostly older games like Super Mario World.
