C'mon, she's just some fat broad with gas. And the song wasn't necessarily invoking that specific painting (so much as just referencing a Designated Classic Portrait). The way that people use Shakespeare as a symbol for literary perfection (rather than speaking of the guy's actual writings).

On the other hand, that song is truly marvelous...with its wonderful last line: "just a cold and lonely, perfect work of art."
