I've noticed that some news seems NOT to become widely known. Each can draw his or her own conclusions about that.
I could volunteer some very good news that seems NOT to be getting noticed right now. There's even some "interesting" news (not necessarily "good") that seems to be remaining obscure, perhaps to the relief of some.
I could be more specific, but I don't wish to begin a geopolitical rant. And for those who attend to a sufficient variety of sources, you probably already know of it.
I wonder if any others have anything to say. By the way, by "news" I mean ANY news -- including news in science, sport, the arts, music -- anything legitimate -- not just geopolitical.
If you refer to news, however, please try to make sure it's legitimately and reasonably reported news that doesn't defame anybody or misrepresent anything. Not distorted politics or "fake" news.

As halloween approaches , i’d like to remind parents to check their kids’ candy to make sure it’s totally sealed.
we’ve all heard the stories about things found in halloween candy that i will not describe .
i guess people do this because they’d rather not get a trick, so they give what looks like a a treat. it’s rare, but it does happen.
so the idea is to make sure there’s no little openings in any candy wrappers. for example, you squeeze the little bar of chocolate to make sure it has an air pillow in it.
not sure what an air pillow is? squeeze an unopened bag of potato chips. the bag is like an air pillow.

Here's some news: there seems to be an uptick in the frequency with which people give all the emojis at once to a single post!
In other news, many pets aren't wild about Halloween. I asked the spaniel, and the spaniel just rolled his eyes.

it’s just one person doing it because each emoji only has the number one after it. there is a way of knowing who it is, but will knowing who it is change things? i think i know who it is.
the spaniel probably rolled his eyes because he’s not going trick or treating and therefore not eating any candy. you could take him trick or treating. now that would be news! he scratches on the door for candy. the person opens the door. the spaniel stands up on his hind legs in his tutu, holding the trick or treat bag in his mouth. the person at the door says, “oh, how cute, let me get you a doggy treat!” the spaniel barks excitedly; translation -that will be great!
edit-On a computer or laptop, you can see who reacted to a forum post by hovering your mouse cursor directly over the emoji reaction. After a brief moment, a small tooltip bubble will pop up listing the usernames of the players who selected that emoji

He's certainly NOT going trick or treating. I'm not letting that spaniel eat anything that's not safe for dogs to eat.

Chocolate milk does not come DIRECTLY from ANY cow.
At least for now. Continued scientific advances could change that.
