When I was younger, so much younger than today (and dinosaurs weren't yet endangered, etc) I ran track and cross-country. I loved hockey, soccer, badminton, volleyball... you name it, I probably played it. Badly, but enthusiastically. Now I am older, so much older, and yesterday's injuries have all but crippled me. Now I swim, given the opportunity. That's about the only exercise my legs will let me get.
