Okay
The cube is easiest. Then coding. Then math. Then we finally get to something that is actually hard to master: chess.
Then we get to dating as a young person. As I recall, THAT was a bit of a mystery, with lots of trial and error.
Everything I've mentioned is delightful, however. Difficult and delightful often go hand in hand.
Here's something that quickly seems to be GETTING more difficult: beating Liverpool or PSG.
Which is also delightful.
Rubiks cube gotta be the easiest.
The rest are relative. You can call yourself a programmer if you manage to get some fixed lines back at the screen, which are the easiest programs to do, but then you can create an OS too, which is way more complex.
Same as chess and math. You can calculate 1 move ahead, or 20.
I'd say
Rubiks cube.
Chess.
Programming.
Math.
