Why are people blocking me?

A player comes to the forum and asks how to increase his rapid rating? I go to his profile, and there is a bullet and a super bullet

Often there is rapid too. And as for "select 10+5", 15+10 is even better.

Yeah, if someone asks how they can improve, that's one thing. Telling them what they did wrong if they don't want to hear it is quite another. Besides, it may not even be because of their actual skill, they may just be having a rough day.

From my point of view there is no difference between the two. When you say you need to play 10+5, the player will not play 10+5. When you say you need to play 15+10, the player will not play 15+10. There's no difference. The player will not play. I don't know why this happens.
