Why is almost every DC character so overpowered compared to Marvel?

I just feel like almost every DC character is so overpowered like Superman, who is basically unbeatable.

I think because a lot of it is built up around Superman so the villains are scaled to him, means the heroes have to be also.

Justice League needs enemies Superman can't juct KO in superspeed.

Fantastic Four can have weaker enemies sometime. Like they can fight Mole Man which Superman would just pick up and fly to jail.

The other standard heroes like Green Lantern og Wonder Woman also need to be scaled to Superman to make them not just stand and uselessly looking at Superman doing all the fighting.
