I seem to have seen this thread before...

And I like Baroque/Classical/Romantic music, particularly Beethoven but also Schubert, Mozart, and Bach, among others. Hard to choose just one piece, though; there are too many masterpieces. (And yes, maybe this sort of music mostly doesn't count as songs per se, but I honestly prefer it over songs with words and more recent music.)

A very interesting thread indeed, the posts sync up in perfect harmony with one another, as if they are reciting a specific song...hmm...going to have to think a while about which one though.

claps loudly, light bulb appears above head. Ah-ha! I know! It's NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP by RICK ASTLEY.

You got me, @Quasar3C273. I normally check the link before clicking, but before clicking this one I didn't for some reason, and paid with my dignity.

I just realized I haven't given my favorite songs.

My favorite songs change over time, but currently it's Renascence by The Pretty Wild. (I wouldn't recommend listening if you are not a metalhead, like me)

My top 10 songs of all time:

Ghosts 'n' Stuff (feat. Rob Swire) [Extended Mix] - deadmau5
Gold - Koven -- I think it's actually written koven now...checks Apple Music...Yep.
Modern Guy (grandson remix) - Death From Above 1979
For What It's Worth - Silent Theory
The Story Of Our Lives - Jeris Johnson
Free Animal - Death From Above 1979
DOGMA - Crown The Empire
Brick - From Ashes To New
Step Up - Drowning Pool
BRAINROT - grandson

Okay...so my top 2 songs are dance, but otherwise it's all rock and metal.

same I was obsessed at one stage for classical music because I play many instruments, I love Chopin and Liszt. I love Mazeppa by Liszt and Winter Wind or Torrent by Chopin.

And for this forum, my favourite song is called Heavy Serenade by NMIXX
