I don't argue that Atomic gives this high priority, but it operates under a completely different logic. When I played a lot in KOTH, I started playing chess terribly, so playing variants a little is quite fine, but if you play too much, you will become a weaker chess player.

when i started playing atomic, my standard (fide) rating went up by 100, rapid (fide) rating went up by 60 , ultra went up by 200, bullet went up by 150 and blitz went up by 80...

So playing atomic is beneficial for standard chess rating

I consistently played both atomic and bullet, and some blitz

And what is your FIDE rating at the start? Are you sure that it is precisely because you started playing atomic?

i really don't wanna play atomic because i already play horde chess960 and am getting into racing kings, i've got enough
