I have few teams.... I would suggest before opening your new team do leadership in some already existing teams, or play regularly in their team battles this way build or grow your network first , now when you have already built a good network then start growing your own team or if you feel the team you are leading as your own team then matter is solved.

To be honest, i have no idea despite being leader of 19 teams, biggest having 2300 ppl, people just join

I made rewards high - with a logo just for joining. And since I have a lot of friends I got a little help.
