I'd take a break from chess. Just do other things apart from chess you enjoy.
After a while, coming back will have refreshed your mind. Therefore you can play better, learn more effectively and not be so tilted.

Imo, take a break for some days or weeks. It should be enough time to judge whether or not chess is really worth investing your time into. And also enough to probably refresh your love for the game.

@Luthfi3987 The advice of Bobby Fischer would be to start playing Chess 960 if you are bored with the old chess.

@Luthfi3987 Stop playing for a while (or play less, don't play excessively), take a break for a few days or even weeks or whatever you consider. Do other activities that have nothing to do with chess, such as exercising, watching movies, series, documentaries, going for a walk, spending more time with family and friends, going to the park with the dog, doing things that you had postponed, etc. When you have more mood to play, don't do it, better study chess and learn new things about the game or review concepts that you may not remember very well, that will keep you in chess without playing directly. When you decide to return to play you can try chess 960, that gives a new air to the game.

as I see in your profile, you've played over 5000 bullet games and if you'd ask me, it would be uncommon for you to not feel like this.
I'd advise you to take a break for a week and when you return, don't play bullet for at least two weeks
