Mac 'n' Cheese Pizza?!

Even though this is about a pizza topping: It's not spam! Did I mention any dreaded pineapples at all? No, so there you go. This is serious stuff, kind of...
Well, I recently saw such a thing in a shop and let's say, it was quite unexpected. (Have I been living under a culinary rock and everyone else knows about this?) It did make me curious but only moderately tempted so I haven't tried it yet. Also, this pizza has a cheese-stuffed crust so, adding extra cheese surely won't be required in this special pizza case (but usually it's the one the thing I always do).
Mac & cheese is great anyway, why would the thought of it being on a pizza base make a big difference? It's basically bread, isn't it, and having some white bread with my mac and cheese is very normal to me, but I don't know...added ketchup or tomato in some shape on top or not (it does contain some tomato already, I think)? Or anything else, maybe?
I don't know what it is about pizzas and their toppings but this one has got me all confused and now I can't stop thinking about it. I don't know, maybe someone has experience? Actually, while writing this before having had dinner, my stomach has made my mind up and I totally am going to try it, although not today.
But I'd be interested in any thoughts people might have about this whole thing, anyway!

There's this guy online that makes a ton of specialty pizzas! I forget his name but he's made pho pizza, butter chicken pizza, and more...it always looks so amazing!

But yeah mac and cheese pizza sounds like something a lactose intolerant person would eat ...! ;)

My pizza shop has mac and cheese on pizza every once in a while. I tried it once. Will NOT be having it a second time. It wasn't bad enough not to finish, but certainly not good enough to order again. Obviously, some people buy it or they wouldn't offer it. Try it for yourself.
