Can we add a forum search?

I want to search for forums because I need to see a forum. But that forum was posted way back.

You can search for keywords if you know them. Problem is some of those appear very often, and the desired thread is located way down the list.

It is not simple to do and it may not appear

or do you mean a team forum ?
