i can't express my fury

today i desided to play some bullet, so i found a tournament.
what happened next is unspeakable.
i kept losing games like f***ing crap.
i kept playng and kept f***ing losing.
help me through my fury wave.
not angry at anyone but myself.
please give me some advise on keeping my emotions down.

Losing 30 points in bullet is nothing.I’m sure you’ll regain those points soon. If it’s any consolation, I once lost 120 points in bullet in one day. I know its hard but you shouldn’t take bullet chess that seriously. When you are feeling tilted, try and distract yourself by doing some exercise or something.

You should turn off the ratings, once you stop seeing the numbers you will enjoy the games more, losing a game will not cause you anger or frustration.
