Well, yeah, you could claim to have done well with your best performances. If you count every result though, lately Song, Yip and Lu had some disastrous open results (especially Lu). However, some of their most crucial losses there were to women. Zhu and Vaishali also had some disasters (Vaishali also lost to Harika in Chennai but Zhu could beat Divya, even though Divya did much better there).
What might be interesting would be a direct comparison between rating performance calculated from open events and from women events (for those who played enough games in both). I wonder if there are players who tend to perform significantly better in one or the other.

The first I think of is Shuvalova, but she's also had disasters recently in open. I suppose it cannot be compared that way, cause they can choose the level of open tournaments they compete in and they actually often have key games in open against another woman.
