I suggest that if a member of the team found cheating, the team must be forfeited too. It is applied on a high level tournament so that we must practice it too. In team tournament each member is responsible to one another .
We must protect the integrity of the tournament and the fair playing team. All of us here is just playing not for money but for honor. If we wont protect the honor of this competition sooner or later the tournament will fall apart.

Yeah but what will the team leaders did wrong we will tell to them but if they didnt follow u cant forfeit the team because it is not the fault of the team it is a fault of a individual that individual should be punished not the whole team @SubasteArman

I don't know what to do. He cheated in 2+1 , it's too surprising. I think this round shud be 1/2+0 maybe... To avoid cheating. But it would go in vain as cheaters can cheat in any time control.
