2). The number of tournaments in one round is 3.
3). 2 out of 3 results count (SCORE).
4). Rating groups - 6.
5). ** The threshold for changing the rating group is 25 ELO points.
6). 8 participants from each qualifying round advance to the final.
7). Final tournaments - 3.

For example, a participant played while in a 1800-2000 group. The transition to a higher group will occur if its rating is recalculated to 2025 points. In the group below 1775.
