There is no real evidence to suggest that @jasos12 cheated during these games. If cheating was happening or had occurred platforms like Lichess, have very strict fair play policies, and they would have taken action immediately. However, no such action has been taken, which strongly implies that their is no proof against jasos. Without credible evidence, accusations like these do nothing but stir unnecessary drama.
The point of this controversy remains unclear to me. It feels counterproductive to hurl accusations without proof, especially when platforms like Lichess have sophisticated detection systems in place to identify unfair practices. If, at some point, legitimate evidence does surface, then appropriate measures can and should be taken, including banning his account if it's necessary.
Until then, baseless claims only serve to distract from the joy of competition and enjoyment that games are supposed to foster. Let’s focus on supporting fair play and good sportsmanship, rather than fuelling unreasoned allegations.
Anyways Good Luck to all remaining players (:

The panel reserves the right to make whatever decision it deems valid. 100% proof is not required, merely 100% agreement from the entire panel. The panel also reserves the right not to disclose the details of its investigation. I understand this may be frustrating to hear, but this decision is final.
In that case, there is no awc
I can’t imagine any reason to not disclose your reasons, so why don’t you?
The truth will prevail in the end. You guys will see.
I’m not sure if this is the right channel to post this, but I’ve made my studies on my second account, @sopad public. You can find some analyzed openings there. It’s been a while since I last updated them, and they’re not perfect, but feel free to check them out if you’re interested.

That's not a very good way of convincing other people...
I was thinking about participating in the next AWC, but judging from this kind of discussion and the decision-making leading to it, I dont think I'm willing to participate, as I am not a fan of arbitrary-seeming backroom decisions, covered with some seemingly-strange mysticisms like "the truth will prevail".
Judging from the shown games, I am also not convined of the presented allegations.
