We couldn't announce the date and time because it was not fixed beforehand. I proposed Monday evening, but my opponent just wrote "Hi! Now?" so I went with it. In the group stage I will do my best to fix the daye and time at least few days beforehand, and if that's the case, I will announce it in this forum.

nothing against you just saying for later matches in your situation it is perfectly understandable it was just a little note for later matches thats all! :)
