As discussed in a topic in the atomic chess theoreticians group I will be organising another Atomic Championships this year: https://lichess.org/forum/team-atomic-chess-theoreticians/atomic-championships-2017
The tournament will be opened for entries shortly, after I've finalised the tournament rules. The latest version of the rules is here and is very similar to last year: https://sites.google.com/site/atomicchesswc/2017-awc/rules
The entry period will last around 2 weeks, before the tournament starts. I'll post a more precise timetable of the tournament in due course.

@azuaga I can't provide an exact timetable until I know the number of entrants. Obviously more players = more rounds.
A rough timetable is as follows (although the number of rounds may vary):
23 Oct - 29 Oct = FischyVishy's atomic section of the Variants WC
30 Oct - 5 Nov = Qualification Round
6 Nov - 12 Nov = Round 1
13 Nov - 19 Nov = Round 2
20 Nov - 26 Nov = Round 3
27 Nov - 3 Dec = Round 4
4 Dec - 10 Dec = Round 5
11 Dec - 17 Dec = Round 6
The Atomic World Championship 2017 is now open for entries!

The week before the tournament there will be 6 atomic arena tournaments run by FischyVishy as part of a separate variants championships. They have the same time control and a cash prize. For more details see: lichess.org/forum/team-fv-variants-world-cup/welcome
