Atomic Banter Blitz

NM tipau

Hey Everyone,

I'm organising a knockout event for atomic streamers. The details are still being confirmed but will be similar to the recent banter blitz event on chess24. It is likely to be 3+0 games, with first to reach 6 points (without having played more White games than the opponent). I've sent some private invitations but would like to open it up to expressions of interest, as well as letting fellow atomic fans know about an upcoming event!

If you are interested in playing please indicate so in this thread, or by dropping me a pm. In order to take part you must be prepared to stream and comment on your matches live, as well as being an experienced atomic player. The current entrants and rules are here: sites.google.com/site/atomicbanterblitz/home

I'm hoping for the first round to be played next week i.e. week commencing 4th May, but this may be delayed by a week depending on circumstances.

Stay tuned for more details!

There are currently 6 players entered in the banter blitz: https://sites.google.com/site/atomicbanterblitz/entrants. The entrants list is exciting and hopefully will give us some great match-ups and games. That said I feel we should have at least 8 players to hold such an event. In order to help reach that number I'll leave it open until next week, with the tournament beginning on 11th May. As before, if you'd like to play please let me know.
