Yeah, well, it would make a difference. I lost against @ABC_TheRookOfLove and would otherwise be tied with @thanhbinh_cvbd and I won against him, so... if @ABC_TheRookOfLove was banned because of cheating, that's really a pity.

Well guys, I think I need to give you some explanations:
It is always complicated when someones withdraws or loses W.O. in a RR.
I always reverse the results in an early stage of the tourney.
When this happens in the second half though I declare the games W.O.
It is even more complicated to reverse results at the end of the RR.
In this case he only didn’t play in the final round because his account was closed.
I was paired against him in the second to last round.
His account was already with issues. He was appealing.
So I sent an unrated challenge and we played. I lost.
Chien and I discussed the issue and he totally agreed to keep his results and only declare his last round game W.O.
We also took a look at some of his games when it was still possible and found no sign of cheating.
We don’t know what happened to him. He said that he didn’t cheat.

Yes Kurt & I had discussed this tricky situation.

We really don't know whether ABC_TheRookOfLove really cheated in Rd 1-5 or what happen to his account

We don't judge/ he himself did the appeal.

and even Kurt was willing to play with him (unrated) on Rd-6 and Kurt lose the game

So, only in Rd 7 was his account closed.
