Unfortunately, @TheFinnisher has written to officially withdraw from the CWC candidates this year. There have been personal commitments which have prevented him from continuing to play this year.
In accordance with the rules, TheFinnisher's two match results will be excluded from the tournament and he will not receive prize money this year. There will be no further consequences or penalties applied as TheFinnisher has kept the organiser team informed on his situation during the tournament in order to minimise disruption.
All the best to TheFinnisher with his new pursuits in life and we look forward to seeing him participate at the top levels of crazyhouse chess again in future.
