Tcubes was in because games between HC and Tcubes were suspicious I guess.
I can confirm I spam Fischy and he turns on "do not disturb" on Slack and doesn't reply for weeks sometimes. I don't take it personally. :p The reason I got the reply in that instance is because I pinged Fischy when I noticed him online on lichess and told him Fumi was awaiting a reply. And I think I relayed what Fischy had to say to Fumi.
As for the first point the reason Fischy didn't ask is that he assumed everyone would be delighted. Like if I told you now that Yasser has changed his mind and agreed to be the 12th candidate. :) It wouldn't even have crossed my mind before this that people would object to that. And if one were afraid of this, one wouldn't have the freedom to write that message to Yasser asking him , afraid that Yasser might agree but then there would be a snag later. Ok just joking about Yasser...
Btw Fumi if someone cheats in 3 check they cannot play on in CWC. The reason for this is that lichess is the host. There are players who signed up to the CWC like FairyGirl say but because the host lichess had marked their account for boosting she wasn't allowed to play out of respect for the hosting site. Also because of seeding such players being an issue, and being marked she couldn't play the qualifying tournament either for low seeds. In other words lichess rules trump CWC rules.

That wouldnt effect last year. But he would renounce the right to defend his title. The top 2 Candidates this year would face off.
For the record, I totally disagree with what fumitoks is proclaiming (btw dont even try to make it sound like the "people" agree with you) and I'll add that Fischy deserves a lot more respect than he is given by this guy.
