I did this provisionally, as you can see here https://challonge.com/CWC2022, despite my feeling that the player withdrawing ought to inform us or at least confirm what you said. I can't eliminate him from the lower bracket until he has an opponent.

Please note that I’ve confirmed the game with my opponent just awhile ago thru dm. Round 2 game @DE14822 vs @hawaiiandragon has been rescheduled to Monday 6 pm Eastern time / 7 am Hawaii time. If I do not show up, my opponent will claim a forfeit win.
