A note to all players,

Thank you to all of those who have scheduled and played matches ahead of the schedule posted here: https://lichess.org/forum/team-crazyhouse-world-championship/schedule-for-32-crazyhouse-world-championship-2020

Hope that you are all enjoying the tournament so far!

For those of you who have only played one round in the double elimination knockout stage, regardless of whether you won or lost, you will be playing a second round. A reminder that this is a double elimination knockout format where you need to lose twice in order to be eliminated.

If you're not sure, please take a look at the knockout bracket to find out who you're playing next: https://challonge.com/noxtc1kv

Players should aim to agree a time to play their round 2 match with their opponent by 19th April, with the view of completing the match by 26th April.

Good luck to everyone in their matches. Play with integrity, play hard and play for enjoyment!

Regards,
Jann

Round 2, Match 122: @zodiacblitzer vs @marcthespark

A reminder to @zodiacblitzer that for the duration of the double elimination knockout stage, each player is entitled 3 chances for being late or not showing up before forfeit results will begin to apply. Based on the evidence provided by @marcthespark, it appears that @zodiacblitzer has now consumed 2 out of 3 chances for the duration of the tournament. One more late or non-appearance for a scheduled match will consume the last and third chance. Beyond that, one further late or non-appearance will result in a forfeit. Turning up more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time is considered late.
