Hello, LazyGauss. I'm in US EST, and as of late, I'd say anywhere between 3pm to 10pm is preferable. That said, I'm amenable to a playing time that is either slightly earlier or later than the times given here -- so please feel free to express your own preferences here and what works best for you, and we'll go from there.

Oh BTW I should mention that this week is just for negotiations. You should've played the match next week. However, seeing as this rule is just there to give busy players a chance (+allow more time for preparation), I don't have any problems with you playing the match so early on. As for me, though, I prefer that if others didn't do the same because I still have many ideas in mind for the qualification round and I am not going to have much time to act on them in the coming three days.

Maybe I either misread or misinterpreted the initial stipulation made within the "Qualification Round" forum-thread posted five days ago or so, which still currently states that "Arrangements (and matches) are to take place between Monday 9th January and Sunday 15th January 2017 (inclusive):". If I did so, once again, you have my apologies for this possible oversight on my part.

At any rate, I did forget to also sincerely thank LazyGauss for his/her cooperation in getting the match-proceedings moving along.

I'll continue to check my inbox as well as the forums here in the coming days for any pertinent developments regarding this match here, along with anything else relevant to the overall tournament itself.

No, it is actually my fault. sexy_and_I_know_it asked me about this, and I told him that it was my mistake, but I forgot to update the site with the relevant information! Anyway, as it stands, the matches are going to take place this week, which is probably for the best. NVM - carry on, players :).
