Who make up the player base that does not need to go through qualifier? Top 10, 50 or the 100 list on here? Or is it a rating 2200+ or 2600+ ?
my suggestion is that players under 2100 or 2200 should have to go through a qualifier. The question is how many people do we have that are 2200+ here...

I think because he was too good ;) He just got bored waiting to be paired with a player with a equal strenght. Joking of course, I do not know. Probably some cheater, losing streak or some private obligations.
No way opperwezen was a cheater. Maybe he just thought it was taking up too much of his time...Dunno
I understand the taking too much of his time thing (if that's what it is). I quit playing bughouse partly because it ate up so much time. Now I have to try really hard to make sure crazyhouse doesn't do the same. Honestly, I just wanted to see where my skills were still at.
(No...not one more game, brain. I'm busy with stuff to do in the next few months--job, book, girlfriend, holidays--really, I am...)

@Deadban Don't feel discouraged! I am a bad player relative to the likes of JannLee; I'm not an "absolutely" bad player, and neither are you!
You could take part depending on the turnout. Don't despair yet!
