@okei my point was not that there should be fixed schedule like fixed dates etc. just fixed rounds, so next round doesn't start before the previous one ends. It could prolong the whole thing a bit, but is more fair.
And if some kind of hard deadline is put for each round that might fix that prolonging. But for sure right now (as a first issue) priority is i guess just that games happen and players don't just give up and all games get forfeited i guess, so makes sense to be more tolerant to players' availability. But still come on shouldn't be that hard to find an hour in say a given 2 weeks period.

Furthermore , what will happen if one of the Candidates doesn't show up for (let's say) one or two months? Is the tournament over? Will he be forfeited and by whom? A tournament cannot exist without rules.
Blitzbullet's been online; I'm sure he's seen the messages asking to play matches with him and asking where he is. The least he could do is reply. I would have no problem with FischyVishy setting a deadline for Blitzbullet to at least respond to questions about where he is and why he's not playing his matches in order for JannLee vs TwelveTeen to not begin without him finishing.
Let's be patient. I am sure the problem will be solved. Don't forget that Blitzbullet can still finish second and play in the final against TwelveTeen.
Next year the rules must be strict. And they must apply to all participants , regardless of title and rating.
