"As per the rules, in order to get the main tournament bracket down from 76 players to 64 players, there will be a qualification round involving the bottom 24 seeds. Entry seeding is shown below.

Arrangements and matches are to take place between Monday 9th January and Sunday 15th January 2017 (inclusive):"
