Single Elimination Knockout Round (3+2 CWC 2020)

@bob_marley_alive and @oops14, there has clearly been an incorrect assessment of rating for @bob_marley_alive which has been recently pointed out by multiple community members

This means that bob_marley_alive should not have been placed into the qualifiers originally

I will be working towards a solution and will advise in this forum

I am proposing the following solution, which is not perfect, is the result of a few events that have occurred simultaneously to provide a reasonable fair outcome with minimal change to the overall tournament pairings.

I recently received a private message from @Kielileike, indicating a voluntary withdrawal from the Double Elimination Knockout Stage, prior to playing a first round match.

As this is a relatively similar position that @bob_marley_alive was originally entitled to, my proposal is that @bob_marley_alive replaces @Kielileike in the Double Elimination Knockout Stage.

This would mean the following:

• @bob_marley_alive now proceeds to the Double Elimination Knockout Stage and plays @ilovepie next
• @oops14 now proceeds by default as Qualifier 2 in the Double Elimination Knockout Stage and plays @kingswitcher next

This is an exceptional decision due to an earlier oversight and I hope the community considers this a reasonable move given the circumstances.

So far, there has only been communication from @andre_casanova. At this stage, @lemonlimes will forfeit after 29th March.

So far, there has been one attempt to play this match between @crazyrkking and @saparmyrat, however @saparmyrat did not show up. Since then I have seen proactive communication from @crazyrkking to reschedule the match, whereas @saparmyrat has only sent a private message to me to say that there is no time to plan.

So far, there has only been communication in forums from @the_crocodile_hunter. I did receive a private message from @mayweed which was suggesting a withdrawal, but I am awaiting further clarification to be sure. At this stage, @mayweed will forfeit after 29th March.
