I have no idea whether @HighContrast was cheating or not. I looked at the games, and am still undecided either way. However, some questions for the CWC managers: 1. Who is on the panel for cheaters? 2. Do they consult each other before casting their votes on the suspected cheater?
Yea, it wasn't the CWC organiser Fischy (or any panel) that gave the mark but lichess itself and the former follow and trust the data analysis of the latter. In other words, it's the lichess mods themselves who made this decision and hopefully there can be some kind of conversation HighContrast can have with them.

Interesting.... I still think to be disqualified (from the tournament), he should be voted by the panel
i agree with @Dieblauesau comps are completely ruining zh. Opening theory is becoming more decisive by the day.
