It is one of a few precautions to avoid alternate accounts, it also helps keep the field strong for a world championship. Please ask any future questions through a message instead of a forum post.

It think that you aborted too many games. Your account may come back in 15 minutes or so and my account has been banned for a little bit after I aborted too many games too. I can see your account, and I see that you have aborted a couple of games.
